Words Worth Pondering: Though I May Speak

|

Sung in church this morning, and worth consideration by all, especially considering the “debate” of the last three weeks:

Though I may speak with bravest fire,
And have the gift to all inspire,
And have not love, my words are vain;
As sounding brass, and hopeless gain.

Hal H. Hopson, 1972

I’ll try to remember this.
